Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM OTL, Quick Formula & Mastek EWS.
Manage time entry, approvals, time valuation, shifts, rosters & scheduling.
Gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
Perform SIT/UAT, regression testing & production support.
Handle integrations, reports, extensions with technical teams.
Prepare functional documents, configuration workbooks & user guides.
Conduct user training and knowledge transfer.
Manage stakeholders, incidents, RCA and compliance.
