About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Flutter Developer Team Lead to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering high-quality mobile applications using Flutter while leading a team of developers and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Flutter developers.

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart*.
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable mobile solutions.
Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

Integrate REST APIs, third-party APIs, and backend services* into mobile applications.

Work with state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, GetX, or Riverpod*.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA teams, and project managers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Identify and resolve performance, usability, and technical issues.
Participate in application architecture and technical decision-making.
Manage development tasks, timelines, and deliverables for the team.




Ensure applications are optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in software/mobile application development.

Solid hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart*.

Experience in developing and deploying Android and iOS applications*.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API integration*.

Experience with state management frameworks such as Bloc, Provider, GetX, or Riverpod*.
Positive knowledge of Git and version-control systems.
Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and application testing.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Prior experience in leading or mentoring a development team is preferred.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong technical and leadership capabilities.
