We are looking for a hands-on Shopify & E-Commerce Operations & Integration Specialist who will be responsible for managing our Shopify website, complete order processing workflow, payment and shipping integrations, APIs, and day-to-day ecommerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every order received through Shopify is correctly processed from order confirmation and payment verification through shipment, tracking, delivery, returns, replacements and refunds.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong hands-on experience with Shopify.
Solid knowledge of Shopify order and fulfillment management.
Experience with payment gateway integrations.
Experience with shipping/courier integrations.
Valuable understanding of REST APIs, JSON and webhooks.
Knowledge of Postman or similar API testing tools.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Shopify Liquid.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Ability to independently monitor and manage the complete order lifecycle.
