Youll join delivery squads building the platforms our clients run on: custom ERPs, investor applications, AI-assisted workflows. The work is full-stack in the honest sense - youll design schemas, build APIs, ship interfaces, and defend your choices in architecture reviews.

What you will do
Design and build features across TypeScript/Node.js services and React/Next.js frontends
Model data honestly in PostgreSQL - including the exceptions everyone else ignores
Participate in discovery workshops and translate operator reality into technical design
Review code like it will run for ten years, because it will
Mentor mid-level engineers through pairing and design review

What we are looking for




5+ years shipping production web applications, 2+ on systems with real operational load
Deep TypeScript/Node.js and solid SQL - you think in schemas, not just ORMs
React proficiency with an instinct for state, performance, and accessibility
Evidence of ownership: features you carried from ambiguity to production

Nice to have
LLM/AI integration experience (RAG, agents, evaluation)
Prisma, Next.js App Router, and event-driven patterns
Experience in ERP, fintech, or other systems-of-record domains
