• Responsible for sourcing potential candidates based on the client's job description.

• Should be able to learn quickly and start using online platform tools (like Naukri, Monster, Dice & LinkedIn, etc) to identify potential resources.

• Will be responsible for pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities and role fit.
Willing to learn IT & Non-IT skills and technology terms.
Willingness to learn and exhibit negotiation skills, which is one of the most imperative skills for a recruiter.
Willingness to work in a rapid-paced workplace.

•Excellent written and verbal communication with a very robust accent and active listening skills.

•Well-versed in Outlook, Google, and Microsoft.

•Having a learning urge always and staying up to date with new technologies.
Willingness to adapt to the company work culture with a Positive mind & and a passion to grow along with the organization.
