Work timing: 9am 6pm, 2 Saturdays off

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with department heads to translate business goals into actionable people strategies.
Talent Management: Oversee workforce planning, succession pipelines, and work with recruitment teams to close critical skill gaps.
Performance & Coaching: Guide line managers through performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching on complex employee relations issues.
Learning & Development: Identify training needs, support in ongoing training assessments and initiatives, help design development plans.
Change Management: Lead organizational design efforts and guide teams through structural changes or scaling phases.
Employee Relations: Mediate and resolve complex employee grievances while promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Change Management: Guide departments through organizational changes, restructuring, or rapid scaling.




Compliance & Culture: Ensure policies align with local employment laws and champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Ideal Qualifications
Experience: Typically 5+ years of proven experience as an HRBP, HR Manager, or in a mid level generalist capacity.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Skills: Solid business acumen, financial literacy, emotional intelligence (EQ), and proficiency in HR technology/analytics. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution.
Tech Literacy: Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), data analytics tools, and contemporary talent technologies.
