Are you an experienced Draughtsman with solid knowledge of DCPR? Join our team and play a key role in delivering accurate drawings and ensuring smooth project approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and revise architectural & structural drawings, site plans, and layouts.
Ensure compliance with DCPR, building regulations, and project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and regulatory authorities.
Handle liaisoning, submissions, approvals, and documentation.
Maintain organized drawing and approval records.
What Were Looking For :
7–8 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or redevelopment.
Mandatory: Solid knowledge of DCPR rules and Mumbai building regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD/CAD and technical drawings.
Solid communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
Diploma/Certification in Civil Draftsmanship, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
