Key Responsibilities :
Identify, analyze, and evaluate tender opportunities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and other government procurement platforms.
Handle end-to-end GeM bidding activities, including product listing, BOQ-based bids, custom bids, and reverse auctions.
Prepare, review, and submit tenders within defined timelines while ensuring complete compliance with tender requirements and GeM guidelines.
Manage service-based bids such as manpower services, facility management, consultancy, logistics, or similar categories.
Handle tender documentation including EMD, bid bonds, technical submissions, and commercial proposals.
Track bid status, clarifications, corrigenda, and results on GeM.
Manage post-bid activities including order acceptance, contract execution, and performance tracking.
Maintain accurate records of tenders submitted, awarded contracts, and performance reports.

Key Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of mandatory hands-on experience on the GeM portal




Robust understanding of government procurement rules and tendering procedures
Proven experience in BOQ bids, custom bids, and reverse auctions
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic data analysis
Solid documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Experience handling tenders for PSUs and Central/State Government departments
Familiarity with CPPP and other e-Procurement portals (preferred but not mandatory)
