Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates from job portals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
Maintain candidate databases and trackers.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to support recruitment processes.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills.
Positive understanding of AI tools and technology.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Fresher or up to 6 months of experience.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
