Ensure smooth operation of plastic injection molding machines, including cleaning, drying, and lubricating components.
Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as replacing worn-out parts, seals, and O-rings to prevent machine breakdowns.
Troubleshoot issues with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production team members to optimize machine settings for productive production runs.
Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
