Responsible for delivering premium workplace experience while managing front-of-house operations and coordinating soft services such as housekeeping, pantry, and lobby upkeep to ensure a seamless employee and guest experience.
Key Job Description Components
Service Management: Oversee janitorial staff, pest control, indoor/outdoor landscaping, waste management, and cafeteria/pantry services.
Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee contracted vendors to ensure service delivery, compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and cost-effective operations.
Site Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations (including COSHH), conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
Operational Control: Monitor inventory of cleaning materials and supplies, manage budgets, and handle daily staffing needs.
Administrative Reporting:
Prepare MIS reports, manage helpdesk requests, and ensure client complaints are resolved promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
