Job Summary

We are looking for experienced R2R (Record to Report) specialists with strong expertise in Oracle ERP and end-to-end general accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in month-end close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, asset accounting, and intercompany accounting within a Shared Services or GBS setting.

Key Responsibilities
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with accounting policies.
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
Manage fixed asset accounting activities, including capitalization and depreciation.
Handle intercompany accounting transactions and reconciliations.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Support audits and compliance requirements.




Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Requirements
3 to 9 years of relevant R2R/Record-to-Report experience.
Experience working in Shared Services, SSC, or GBS organizations.
Strong knowledge of:
Month-End Closing
Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Journal Entries
Asset Accounting
Intercompany Accounting
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (Mandatory).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office.

Educational Qualification

CA Requirement
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Non-CA Requirement
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CMA (ICWA) / CA Inter

Preferred Skills
Exposure to BlackLine is an added advantage.
Experience with SAP ERP is positive to have but not mandatory.
