We are seeking a result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, converting leads received from B2B portals into prospective clients, and contributing to the companys revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle 70–100 outbound calls per day to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
Educate prospects on our technical product lines (dairy automation equipment, milking systems) and communicate value propositions effectively.
Monitor and respond to leads received through IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, and other B2B portals in real time.
Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline before passing them to the field sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in system.
Achieve targets (dials,
connects, conversations) and monthly revenue quotas.
Follow up on dormant leads and re-engage prospects to reopen stalled conversations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Key Requirements
3–6 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or B2B sales (preferably in a related Dairy industry).
Proven experience in handling leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, or similar portals.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of a regional language is a plus.
Ability to handle high call volumes and frequent rejection with resilience.
