We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Team Lead with robust expertise in Salesforce development and hands-on experience across any Salesforce Cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, etc.). The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive solution design, and ensure successful end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and adminsOwn end-to-end Salesforce project delivery from requirement analysis to deploymentDesign scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutionsCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and performancePerform code reviews and maintain quality standardsManage sprint planning, task allocation,



and delivery timelines
Handle integrations with third-party systems using APIsSupport production issues and drive continuous improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of overall Salesforce experience
Hands-on experience in any Salesforce Cloud (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, CPQ, Revenue, etc)
Solid expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configurationsExperience in team handling and technical leadership
Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data modeling
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
