Role: Senior Analyst - Business & AI Transformation

Preferred Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Lead business process re-engineering and design of digital platform modules, portals, and AI-driven analytics dashboards.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, run workshops, and align stakeholders throughout development cycles.
Define and execute enablement strategies-including training materials, SOPs, and user-access governance-to drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools.
Architect integrations between ERP/CRM systems and AI agents, build data pipelines, and develop automation scripts using low-code/no-code and scripting platforms.
