Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically targeting the UK market.
Technical Literacy: Basic knowledge of tech stacks, software development, cloud computing, and data roles.
Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
