2 to 5 years of experience in technical support/application support.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and client-oriented approach.
Experience with remote troubleshooting on Windows and Linux.
Experience with CRM tools.
Willing to work in US shifts.
Experience with ITIL based support framework.
Scripting experience in PowerShell/Shell is plus.
Immediate joining is preferred.
