About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales activities to explore new business opportunities
Conduct product demos, walkthroughs, and presentations for potential clients
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospects and existing customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate RecurPost solutions
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing the deal
Maintain accurate records of leads, demos,



and follow-ups in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills & Experience14 years of experience in SaaS sales, software sales, or B2B sales
Excellent English communication both verbal and written
Robust presentation and product demo skills
Understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and closing techniques
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc)
Highly persuasive, proactive, target-oriented, and self-driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style workplace

Qualification

Any Graduate (MBA/BBA preferred but not required)Sales training or certification is a plus
