Key Responsibilities




• Handle production incidents, troubleshooting, escalation and RCA
• Monitor application/platform performance and resolve alerts
• Support Linux/Windows production settings
• Perform deployments, patching, upgrades and vulnerability remediation
• Implement automation & Infrastructure as Code solutions
• Support Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and production releases
• Monitor Control-M jobs, application flows and data exchanges
• Work closely with Infrastructure, Network, Security and Development teams
• Drive production stability, reliability and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate: Someone with a robust Production Support + #DevOps/#Automation background who can independently manage critical production issues and contribute to infrastructure modernization.
