Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Executive to manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing while maintaining compliance with applicable statutory requirements. The candidate will be responsible for payroll inputs, attendance and leave validation, statutory deductions, payroll reports, and employee payroll queries.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.
Collect, verify, and process payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, current joiners, exits, and salary revisions.
Ensure accurate calculation of salary, PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax (PT), TDS, LWF, and other applicable statutory deductions.
Handle Full & Final (F&F;) settlements for separated employees.
Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for payroll-related activities and salary disbursement.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee salary information.




Prepare and maintain monthly payroll reports, MIS, reconciliation statements, and other management reports.
Review payroll discrepancies and resolve employee salary-related queries promptly.
Ensure timely submission and maintenance of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.
Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and statutory authorities whenever required.
Support payroll audits and provide necessary documentation and reports.
Maintain employee master data and ensure timely updates for current joiners, transfers, promotions, increments, and exits.
Assist in preparing salary structures, CTC calculations, increment and appraisal-related payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Identify payroll process gaps and suggest improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
