We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Executive – Food Technologist to support the daily manufacturing of coffee and chocolate products.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution
Execute daily production plans based on orders, inventory and dispatch priorities.
Allocate manpower and machines to achieve production targets.
Monitor production lines for output, efficiency and smooth workflow.
Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance and Dispatch teams.
Quality Control & Food Safety
Conduct hourly production and in-process quality checks.
Ensure adherence to approved formulations, SOPs and processing parameters.
Check product weight, appearance, taste, texture and packaging integrity.
Maintain GMP, hygiene, food-safety and FSSAI compliance.
Identify and report quality deviations,
rejections and non-conforming batches.
Productivity & Documentation
Monitor yield, wastage, downtime, rework and material consumption.
Maintain batch records and daily production and quality reports.
Train and supervise operators and helpers.
Support current-product trials and commercial production scale-up.
Candidate Profile
B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science or a related discipline.
1–3 years of production experience in food, beverage, coffee, chocolate, confectionery or FMCG manufacturing.
Robust shop-floor supervision, quality-control and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food-safety systems and Excel.
