Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Process customer orders and coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
Provide product information, pricing, and delivery updates to customers.
Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for service improvement.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
13 years of experience in marketing, sales support, customer service, or a related role.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven workplace.
