What the Role Involves
Were looking for a hands-on HR Manager to manage HR operations end-to-end compliance, payroll, recruitment, performance management, and employee matters. Youll work closely with leadership to keep systems clean, fair, and consistent.
This is an execution-heavy role, not a people-branding or engagement-only position.

What Were Looking For
3- 5 years of hands-on HR experience
Robust knowledge of labour laws, PF, PT, payroll, and PMS
Experience with recruitment (technical + non-technical)
Someone organised, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential matters




A person who believes HR should be done properly, not just quickly

Nice to Have
Experience in rapid-paced or agency environments
Familiarity with HR tools and dashboards
