Role & responsibilities :

Hands-on Claude experience: can demonstrate how they use it for practical work and check the results
Practical scripting ability, Python preferred; able to build and maintain small automations, not just handle tickets
API integration experience: comfortable with REST APIs, authentication, JSON and troubleshooting failed requests
Understanding of access permissions and secure handling of internal data when connecting Claude to other systems
Strong written English; almost all communication is asynchronous and written
Service-minded, patient with non-technical users, and exact in documentation
Disciplined tracking of support requests, changes and follow-ups

Help business users and developers get more value from Claude through day-to-day support, connectors, reusable skills, simple automations and continuous improvements.

The scope is Claude and its approved integrations, not general AI tooling support or ownership of the underlying platform. Complex integrations, platform changes and security decisions are escalated to the relevant specialists.
