We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly productive InDesign Paginator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the layout, formatting, and high-volume pagination of print and digital publicationsincluding books, academic journals, magazines, or textbooks.

Key Responsibilities
Page Layout & Formatting: Perform high-quality pagination and structural layout utilizing Adobe InDesign with XML
Template & Style Management: Build and apply parent/master pages, accurate paragraph/character styles, text variables, and object styles to maintain absolute visual consistency.
Typography & Typesetting Standards: Adjust text tracking, kerning, leading, hyphenation, and column alignments to eliminate composition errors (such as widows, orphans, or bad line breaks).




Quality Control & Proofing: Incorporate editorial proofing marks, author corrections, and client feedback accurately. Conduct meticulous self-checks for content layout, alignment, and page numbering.
Asset & Output Management: Manage heavy graphics placement, check link resolutions, and run final preflight diagnostics. Generate high-quality, print-ready, or digital-ready PDFs.
Workflow Integration: Collaborate with project managers, editors, and technical teams. Work cleanly within specialized workflows (such as XML-first workflows, MathType integration, or ePub outputs).
