Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Manage scope changes, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure timely project reporting.
Required Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in IT.
Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Preferred Skills
Salesforce/CRM project experience is an added advantage.
PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant certification is a plus.
