What you will do
Plan and facilitate discovery workshops across client organisations
Produce process maps, requirement registers, and scope documents engineers build from
Bridge operators and architects - translate both directions without losing truth
Support solution blueprints with business cases and phasing logic
What we are looking for
3+ years as a BA/consultant on software delivery projects
Interview and facilitation craft - you get quiet operators talking
Writing that engineers thank you for: accurate, testable, exception-aware
Comfort with data: you read a schema and query for evidence
Nice to have
ERP/CRM domain depth
BPMN or event-storming practice
Pre-sales exposure
