Required & Preferred Skills

Required Qualifications & Skills
1 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in requirement documentation and project management tools.

Preferred Skills
Salesforce experience is an added advantage.
