Key Responsibilities
Conduct Neurosurgery OPD consultations and patient evaluations
Diagnose and manage brain, spine and other neurosurgical conditions
Perform neurosurgical procedures and surgeries as per clinical expertise
Manage neurosurgical emergencies
Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
Review investigations and formulate appropriate treatment plans
Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment options
Coordinate with Neurology, Critical Care, Anaesthesia and other departments
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Candidate Profile
MCh/DrNB in Neurosurgery
Valid medical registration
Strong clinical and surgical skills
Positive emergency-handling and decision-making abilities
Excellent patient counselling and communication skills
Willing to work in a hospital-based clinical environment
