Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate workers, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workers.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other team members.
Ensure materials and equipment are available as required.
Maintain quality and safety standards at the site.
Identify and report site issues to the management.
Maintain daily work and attendance records.
Ensure the site is clean, organized, and secure.

Requirements
Minimum 12 years of experience in site supervision preferred.
Basic knowledge of construction/site operations.
Positive communication and team-management skills.
Ability to handle workers and manage daily site activities.
Willingness to work at the site and manage responsibilities independently
