Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily production planning, ensuring productive use of resources and meeting quality standards.
Supervise factory operations, including assembly line management, fabric sourcing, stitching processes, and product development.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working setting.
Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock control systems for maximum efficiency.
Plan production and ensure achievement of daily/monthly targets.
Monitor line efficiency, productivity, WIP, manpower utilization, and downtime.
Optimize line balancing, manpower allocation, and machine utilization.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with PPC, Cutting, Quality, IE, Maintenance, Finishing, and Packing teams.
Minimize rejection, rework, alteration, and production losses.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
Lead, train, and manage production supervisors, operators, and helpers.
