You build and maintain the agentic infrastructure that powers Knometrix AI intelligence services. You will work closely with our research team to translate intelligence requirements into reliable, scalable agent systems: designing orchestration flows, tuning model prompts, and ensuring data quality across the full processing pipeline. This is a role at the intersection of AI engineering and research methodology.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain agentic AI workflows for intelligence collection and synthesis
Develop and refine prompt architectures for classification, clustering, and synthesis tasks
Build and maintain source ingestion pipelines across news, social, review, and regulatory feeds
Evaluate frontier model performance for specific research tasks and recommend capability improvements
Instrument the system for quality monitoring: confidence scoring, anomaly detection, output auditing
Requirements
Robust Python engineering: you write clean, maintainable production code
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks
Experience with data pipeline design and management at scale
Understanding of NLP concepts: classification, entity recognition, sentiment analysis
Curiosity about research methodology: you want to understand what positive intelligence means, not just what the model output says
Experience with frontier model evaluation and benchmarking
