Domain Expertise in Controllership Strategic Finance RTR FPAExperience in period end closeAbility to manage annual planning budgeting and forecasting and generate business insightsGood understanding of PL Balance Sheet and Cash Flow all three financial statementsGood knowledge of accounting financial and operational principlesExperience in developing financial reports and metricsKnowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards specifically IFRS 15 and IFRS 16Ability to manage a team of 15 to 20 membersAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a rapid paced changing environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact internally and externallyExcellent MS Office skillsSuperior attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a big picture perspectiveDemonstrated ability to drive projects across the organizationAbility to manage business stakeholders and counterpartsTransformation mindset with experience driving transformation projectsExperience working in a third party service environmentWillingness to work in adaptable and night shiftsTransition experience
