About the Role SynergyTop Softlab Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive international business growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT services sales, client acquisition, online bidding, and revenue generation through global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate business through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and outbound lead generation.
Identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients into long-term business relationships.
Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts with international clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to project closure.
Coordinate with technical teams to prepare tailored project solutions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with domestic and international clients.
Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Stay updated with market trends and identify current business opportunities.
Required Skills
4+ years of experience in IT Services or Software Services Sales.
Hands-on experience with Upwork and Freelancer bidding platforms.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and outbound sales.
Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
Experience working with US and international clients.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven setting.
