? Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute effective SEO strategies.
2. Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
3. Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities.
4. Improve website rankings and organic traffic.
5. Monitor keyword rankings, traffic and SEO performance.
6. Conduct website audits and identify SEO issues.
7. Work on content optimization and link-building activities.
8. Track and analyze SEO performance using relevant tools.
9. Prepare regular SEO reports and performance updates.
10. Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes.
? For Team Leader – Additional Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the SEO team.
2.
Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
3. Review SEO strategies and campaign progress.
4. Guide team members on SEO best practices.
5. Ensure timely achievement of team targets.
6. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
? Candidate Profile
1. Relevant experience in SEO.
2. Robust understanding of on-page and off-page SEO.
3. Good knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Good communication and team-management skills.
6. For Team Leader: prior team-handling experience is preferred.
7. Candidates should be target-oriented and responsible.
