Minimum Qualification

Design Lead PHE will be responsible for guiding the design team and overseeing the design activities of PHE works. The role will include multiple tasks but not limited to design development, client coordination, review of design deliverables for tender and operating projects. This role will involve coordinating the design process, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, and collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal execution. He/she should have expertise in various types of Data Centers projects in India/Abroad.

Desired Skills

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and implementation of public health engineering systems, covering areas such as water management, distribution, water and wastewater treatment, solid waste management as well as roof and stormwater drainage systems.
- Expertise in designing systems for Datacenter facilities.
- Proficiency in using relevant design software for water and wastewater systems (e.g., Civil 3D, Epanet, Water & Sewer GEMS, etc.).
- Solid understanding of International Codes, National NBC 2016, CPHEEO Manual, and local public health regulations and standards related to water, sanitation, and wastewater.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and green technologies in water management systems.
- Knowledge of green building certifications such as IGBC, GRIHA, and USGBC LEED.
- Ability to manage interdisciplinary coordination between other engineering systems (HVAC, Electrical, ELV, FPS, Architecture, and Civil).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in designing systems beyond standard codes for specialized applications.




- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
