NRole Description The Business Development Executive – AI Services will focus on identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities for Dusker AI's evaluation and benchmarking solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client discovery calls, preparing proposals, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The role also involves collaborating with technical and product teams to understand service capabilities, tailoring offerings to client needs, and maintaining long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and account management. The Executive will track sales performance, contribute to go-to-market strategies,



and represent the company at meetings, events, and presentations. This is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. NQualificationsnn Strong business development, B2B sales, and account management skills, with experience in selling technology or AI-related services. N Ability to conduct market research, identify target segments, and build a qualified pipeline of prospects. N Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the capacity to explain technical concepts in clear business terms. N Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building across technical, product, and executive teams. N Understanding of AI, machine learning, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) business models; prior exposure to AI evaluation or analytics is a plus. N Comfort with CRM tools,sales reporting, and data-driven decision-making. N Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team setting. N Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant work experience may substitute for formal education. N Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and occasionally travel for client meetings or industry events. N
