NDesign and execute role-based learning journeys aligned with business and Nfunctional requirements. NManage induction and onboarding learning programs for recent employees. NDesign and coordinate behavioural, functional, product, process and leadership Ndevelopment interventions. NCreate blended learning solutions using classroom, virtual, digital and Nexperiential learning methodologies. NContinuously identify opportunities to improve learning experience and program Neffectiveness. End-to-EndLearning Program Management NOwn learning initiatives from requirement gathering and design through Nexecution, evaluation andreporting. NManage program content, communication, participant coordination, logistics, Nfaculty, vendors and post-program activities. NWork with internal subject matter experts and external facilitators to develop and Ndeliver relevant learningsolutions. NEnsure timely execution and high-quality learner experience across programs. NDevelop learner communication and engagement initiatives to improve Nparticipation and completion. NLMS & Digital Learning NSupport and manage LMS governance, including content management, learner Nadministration, reportingand data accuracy. NCurate relevant digital learning content based on role and capability Nrequirements.nDrive adoption and engagement of digital learning platforms across employees. NDevelop and manage digital learning journeys, microlearning and other Ntechnology-enabled learning interventions. NIdentify emerging L&D; technologies and practices that can improve learning Neffectiveness and scalability.



NL&D; Analytics & Effectiveness NDevelop and maintain L&D; dashboards, MIS and reports covering participation, Ncompletion, learning hours, effectiveness and other relevant metrics. NAnalyse learning data andprovide actionable insights to HR and business Nleadership.nTrackprogram effectiveness through feedback, assessments, knowledge checks Nand other evaluation mechanisms. NPrepare periodic L&D; reviews and presentations for leadership. NSupport development of data-driven approaches to measure learning impact. Stakeholder & Vendor Management NBuild strong working relationships with business leaders, functional heads, NHRBPs and other internal stakeholders. NUnderstand business priorities and translate them into practical learning Nsolutions.nManageexternal trainers, consultants, content providers and other learning Npartners.nCoordinate vendor onboarding, program execution, feedback and performance Nevaluation.nEnsure learning interventions are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets. NDesired Skills & Experience N
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, preferably in NBFSI or a large corporateenvironment. N
- Hands-on experience in designing and executing learning and capability Ndevelopment programs.n
- Experience managing induction, role-based learning journeys and Nfunctional/behavioural interventions. Nn Strong experiencein end-to-end learning program management. N Good understanding of LMS governance, digital learning and content Nncuration.n
- Ability to build and analyse L&D; dashboards and MIS and present insights to Nstakeholders.nnStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. N Good project managementand execution capabilities with the ability to manage Nnmultiple initiatives simultaneously. Nn Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. N Exposure to Power BI, learning analytics or other reporting/visualisation Nntools will be an advantage. Nn MBA/PGDM in HR, Learning & Development or a related discipline preferred. N BFSI / Mutual Fund / Financial Services experience will be an added Nnadvantage.
