Job DescriptionAbout The Role NJob Title: ERP Analyst NShift Timings: Night Shift (10:00PM – 07:00AM IST) NRole SummarynWe are seeking an ERP Analyst with hands-on Epicor Kinetic experience to support system configuration, workflows, reporting, and day-to-day ERP operations. This role provides L2/L3 support and partners with business users to deliver stable and effective Epicor Kinetic solutions. NKey Responsibilitiesn➢ Provide functional and system support for Epicor Kinetic across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. N➢ Configure and maintain Kinetic workflows, BPMs, dashboards, BAQs, labels, and forms. N➢ Support UI and process enhancements using Application Studio. N➢ Investigate and resolveuser-reported issues through root-cause analysis. N➢ Provide L2/L3 ERP application support and maintain support documentation. N➢ Support Kinetic upgrades, quarterly releases, and testin g activities. N➢ Assist with integration, data migration, and production deployments. N➢ Develop and maintain system documentation and user training materials. N➢ Promote best practices and consistent system usage.



NMandatory Skillsn➢ Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic. N➢ Strong understanding ofERP business processes. N➢ Experience with workflows, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards and reporting. N➢ Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills. N➢ Experience providing L2/L3 ERP application support. NDesired Skillsn➢ Experience with Application Studio. N➢ Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes. N➢ Experience with SSRS reports, labels, and forms. N➢ Basic understanding of REST APIs or system integrations. N➢ SQL or technical troubleshooting experience. NRequired Qualifications N➢ Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or related field. N➢ 3 - 5 years of Epicor ERP experience, preferably Kinetic. NOpportunities for Growth N➢ Progression to Senior ERP Analyst or Functional Lead. N➢ Specialization in Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain modules. N➢ Exposure to Epicor Kinetic cloud upgrades and transformation initiatives.
