Job DescriptionExbo Group/Kena International is looking for an exceptional individual to join our transaction services team. The Analyst will play a crucial role on our team during all stages of the acquisition diligence transaction lifecycle. NIn this role, you will establish yourself as the key financial resource helping to evaluate and validate the existing accounting associated with the target client. You will compile comprehensive data books in order to reveal risks and accounting adjustments associated with the acquisition, communicate and liaise directly with the target company during the diligence process, and present results and findings directly with our Venture Capital and Private Equity clients. NOur expectation is for this individual to help lead the acquisition diligence practice as we grow. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background and can leverage their current skill set to work closely with both our internal team and external clients to execute and quickly deliver a comprehensive financial analysis of a potential acquisition target. NWHAT YOU'LL DO: NFinancial Due Diligence (Buy Side & Sell Side) N
- Assess the target's earnings and cash-flow quality and analyze the quality of assets and Nliabilities being acquired or assumed Nn Evaluate and project the quality of working capital at the time of deal close N Reclassification of keyaccounts in order to restate financials on a U.S.



GAAP basis N Proactively pursue business issues that impact the general ledger and evaluate the situation Nnfor acceptable solutions. Single-handedly own and communicate the path to resolution to the Nclient.n
- Providewritten summary analysis and QoE around critical success factors, helping the Nacquirer improve its understanding of all the relevant issues so that an informed investment Ndecision can be made.nKEY QUALIFICATIONS: Nn CA/CPAn Have 3+ years of relevant experience in audit or assurance / financial due diligence at a leading firm. N Deep understanding of the 3 core financial statements as well as key journal entries Nnassociated with ongoing monthly operations N
- Fluent in MS Excel withan emphasis on manipulating and presenting data in an organized Nand cohesive mannern
- Willingness to utilize and learn other software and technology, such as Google Scripts, VBA, NPython, Tableau and/or Alteryx N
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; you will be the key point of contact for all Naccounting and reporting-related workflow with our clients Nn Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask N Entrepreneurial; interested in digging into unknown topics and developing current approaches to Nnunsolved problems N
