NRole DescriptionnThe successful candidate will be responsible for: Nn Develop and maintain relationships with institutions and relevant industry stakeholders. N Promote Thryve NexGen'sprofessional training programs. N Identify and approach EPC companies, engineering consultancies and other organizations for potential design & engineering subcontracting opportunities. N Identify opportunities for technical and professional training services for corporate clients. N Conduct market researchand build structured databases, manage the business-development pipeline from prospect identification and initial outreach through meetings, proposals, follow-ups and opportunity conversion. N Support preparation andcoordination of business proposals, presentations, capability statements and institutional partnership initiatives. N Represent Thryve NexGenprofessionally at meetings, industry events, networking forums and relevant exhibitions. N Work closely with the leadership and technical teams to understand client requirements and develop appropriate solutions. N Maintain regular reports on leads, meetings, proposals, conversions, pipeline value and other agreed business-development KPIs.



N Own the complete business development cycle—from identifying opportunities and securing work orders through successful service delivery coordination, payment realization, after-sales support, and maintaining long-term client relationships to generate future business opportunities. NnExperiencen5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably involving one or more of the following areas: NEducation salesnn Institutional sales N B2B salesn Engineering services N Technical trainingn EdTech NnExperience dealingdirectly with engineering colleges and/or EPC and engineering consultancy organizations would be a strong advantage. NEducationnB.E./B.Tech preferred, particularly for candidates with an understanding of the engineering industry. NAn MBA in Marketing/Business Development would be advantageous. NCandidates with a Diplomaor Non-engineering Bachelor's degree combined with robust relevant B2B/institutional business-development experience may also be considered. NA technical background and the ability to understand and confidently communicate engineering services and technical training offerings would be a significant advantage. NWhat we look forn N Strong new business development skills, including opportunity identification and prospecting, with experience in lead generation and pipeline management. N Solid understanding of business and commercial principles, with the ability to analyze markets, define value propositions, and support strategic decision-making. N Effective communicationskills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder engagement. N Experience in account management, focusing on relationship-building, client retention, and cross-selling or upselling solutions. N Prior experience in technology, engineering services, or related sectors is preferred. N Demonstrated ability towork collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet revenue or growth targets. N Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, AI tools and standard business development reporting practices. N
