N Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP APO Support (AMS).



N Strong knowledge of SAPAPO planning processes and standard business functionalities. N Experience in Enterprise Structure, Master Data troubleshooting, and Planning Book maintenance. N Experience in Forecast Validation, Planning Run Monitoring, and APO Job Monitoring. N Expertise in resolving CIF/Integration issues between ECC/S4HANA and APO. N Good understanding of customized business processes/templates. N Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. N Good communication and customer-facing skills. N Experience in handling incidents/tickets through tools like ServiceNow/ITSM. NnGood to Have Skills Nn Cross-functional integration knowledge with PP, MM, SD, and LE. N Technical knowledge of Debugging, Workflows, and IDocs. N Experience in preparingsolution documentation and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions. N Exposure to KPI-driven support environments and SLA management. N Experience in end-user support, issue analysis, and continuous process improvement.
