Position:Structure Design EngineerLocation:Gurgaon, HaryanaExperience:8 to 15 YearsQualification:B.Tech / M.Tech – Civil / Structural EngineeringRole OverviewWe are looking for an experiencedStructure Design Engineerwith strong technical expertise in structural engineering and hands-on experience in the design ofbridges, grade-separated structures, retaining walls and other highway-related structures .The candidate should have sound knowledge of structural engineering fundamentals, includingStrength of Materials and Theory of Structures, along with practical proficiency inSTAAD Pro and MIDAS .Key Responsibilities:-Perform structural analysis and design for bridges, grade-separated structures, retaining walls and other infrastructure structures.Prepare and review structural calculations, design reports and engineering drawings.Develop protected, economical and optimized structural design solutions.Ensure structural designs comply with applicableIRC, IS, IRS codes, standards and client specifications .UseSTAAD Pro,



MIDAS and other relevant structural design softwarefor analysis and design.Review design inputs, drawings and calculations for accuracy and completeness.Coordinate with highway, geotechnical and other engineering disciplines.Address client comments, design revisions and technical queries within the required turnaround time.Ensure timely submission of design deliverables as per project schedules.Support technical discussions and client meetings when required.Provide technical inputs for resolving design-related issues during project execution.Maintain quality and accuracy of all structural design deliverables.Mandatory Skills:-8–15 years of relevant experience in structural designSTAAD Pro – MandatoryMIDAS – MandatoryExperience inBridge / Grade Separator / Retaining Wall designGood knowledge ofIRC / IS / IRS codesStrong structural analysis and design fundamentalsExperience in structural calculations and design documentationGood analytical, communication and coordination skills
