Position:Highway Design EngineerLocation:Gurgaon, HaryanaExperience:7–15 YearsQualification:B.Tech / M.Tech – Civil EngineeringRole OverviewWe are looking for an experiencedHighway Design Engineerwith robust expertise in highway and geometric design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience inMX Road or OpenRoadsand a strong understanding ofIRC and MoRTH standards .The candidate will be responsible for developing highway designs, engineering drawings, design documentation and coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.Key Responsibilities:-Develop geometric designs for highways, includinghorizontal and vertical alignments .Prepare detailed engineering drawings includingplans, profiles and cross-sections .Design and developintersections, interchanges, service roads and junction improvements .Perform or supportflexible and rigid pavement designbased on traffic and soil data.Analyze survey and other project data, including topographic, traffic and GPR information, for design inputs.Design highway drainage systems includingside drains, culverts and stormwater management systems .Prepare quantity take-offs,



BOQs and cost estimates.Prepare design reports, technical specifications and other project documentation.Ensure designs comply with applicableIRC, MoRTH and relevant standards .Coordinate with structural, geotechnical, environmental and other multidisciplinary teams.Review drawings, calculations and design outputs to ensure accuracy and quality.Participate in client meetings and support design approvals.Address client comments and incorporate design revisions within the required turnaround time.Provide technical support during construction and assist in resolving site-related design issues.Ensure timely delivery of design outputs as per project schedules.Mandatory Skills7–15 years of relevant Highway Design experienceMX Road OR OpenRoads – MandatoryStrong experience inHighway / Geometric DesignHorizontal & vertical alignment designPlan, profile and cross-section preparationStrong knowledge ofIRC & MoRTH specificationsGood understanding ofpavement and drainage designExperience in highway/interchange/junction design
