We will run a focused portfolio of campaigns wherelead quality and sales conversion matter more than simply generating a large number of leads .Performance marketing is the core responsibility. Given the focused campaign volume, the role will also ownCRM operations and WhatsApp automation, ensuring every lead generated is properly captured, nurtured, assigned and followed through the sales funnel.We are prepared to pay a premium for someone who is genuinely solid at performance marketing and understands that success is measured beyond CPL.What You'll DoPlan, launch and optimise paid lead-generation campaigns acrossMeta Ads, Google Adsand other relevant platforms for real estate projects.Own campaign structure, audience targeting, budgets, retargeting and ongoing optimisation.Work closely with our video editor and social-media team to continuously testcreative, messaging, audiences and landing-page concepts .Track meaningful commercial metrics includingCPL, qualified-lead rate, cost per qualified lead, appointment/site-visit rate and cost per booking .Set up and manageWhatsApp automationfor lead nurturing, follow-ups and re-engagement.Own CRM configuration and day-to-day funnel hygiene, including lead sources, stages, assignments,
