We're Hiring: Sales Executive – Brand Partnerships & Business Development AtPaperBind, we're a creative marketing agency helping brands grow throughcontent, creators, influencer marketing, social media, and performance-driven campaigns.We're looking for aSales Executivewho can take ownership of generating new business, building brand relationships, and converting leads into clients.What you'll do:
- Generate, qualify & convert leads into clients
- Identify potential brands, businesses & key decision-makers
- Conduct cold outreach throughcalls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp & other channels
- Pitch PaperBind's services and solutions to potential clients
- Schedule and conduct sales calls and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and identify relevant PaperBind services
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team for client requirements
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move leads through the sales pipeline
- Build and maintain robust relationships with brands and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, opportunities and closures
- Work towardsmonthly lead generation, conversion & revenue targetsWhat we're looking for:
- 1–2 years of experiencein Sales / Business Development / Client Acquisition




- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Confident withcold calling, pitching and follow-ups
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads
- Proactive, self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Interest or understanding ofmarketing, advertising, digital media & influencer marketing
- Ability to research brands and identify potential business opportunities
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Familiarity withCRM tools, LinkedIn, Google Sheets or sales toolsis a plus
