With offices across Gurugram, Pune, Bengaluru, and Mumbai, Alchemist brings together expertise in Strategy, Communication, Media Management, Creative Services, Events & Activations, Digital Marketing, Celebrity Management, and Turnkey Orchestration & IP./nRoles & Responsibilities:/n/n- Support day-to-day client servicing and account coordination across one or more real estate accounts/n- Manage timelines, status reports, and internal-external follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks/n- Coordinate with creative, copy, and design teams on briefs, revisions, and final deliverables/n- Assist in preparing client-ready presentations, proposals, and campaign summaries/n- Maintain organized documentation - briefs, approvals, contact reports, and project files/n- Flag potential delays, scope issues or risks to the Account Manager proactively/n- Support on-ground or virtual coordination for shoots, launches, site visits,



or events as needed/n- Build solid working relationships with client-side coordinators and internal teams/n/nQualifications/n/n- 4-8 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency/n/n(Experience in media, event, or purely digital agencies will not be considered)/n/n- Strong non-digital / mainline advertising exposure is mandatory/n- Proven experience in brand strategy, planning, and management/n- Client servicing and account management experience (not accountancy)/n- Gain a deep understanding of clients' products, services, business objectives, competitors, and target audiences/n- Develop campaign ideas and communication solutions based on insights and briefs/n- Collaborate with planning, strategy, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of client briefs/n- Lead client interactions to understand marketing needs and propose effective solutions/n- Create and deliver presentations for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives/n- Develop marketing plans, timelines, and budgets for campaign/n/nPlease note- This role focuses exclusively on Mainline Marketing.
