About The Role

We are looking for a high-ownership Senior Talent Acquisition Associate who will own end-to-end hiring for specific functions, not just coordinate it. You will partner directly with business leads, be accountable for 2-3 business verticals, and bring judgment and speed in equal measure. You will be the engine behind myHQ's hiring sourcing, screening, and moving candidates through the pipeline across our sales, operations, and marketplace verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior IC roles across sales, ops, finance, and product
- Partner with vertical heads to understand team structure, quality bar, and forward hiring needs
- Source candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals for sales, operations, and support roles
- Run first-round screening calls and assess fit before scheduling the interviews with business
- Own interview scheduling and coordination across busy internal calendars
- Maintain pipeline hygiene, accurate records on our ATS with right stages and information
- Build and maintain live talent pipelines before mandates are formally open
- Own offer management: benchmark compensation, negotiate, and close candidates confidently
- Track funnel metrics; identify drop-off patterns and act on them
- Proactively create talent pools for recurring roles

Requirements

- 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 1 year of owning full-cycle hiring independently
- Business hiring experience (sales, BD, account management) is mandatory
- Strong stakeholder management — can push back and set realistic timelines
- Data-oriented: knows their funnel numbers and acts on them
- LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency; Keka or equivalent ATS experience
- Strong sourcer: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral activation
- Transparent communicator: candidates should feel informed, not chased
