About The Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing modern, intuitive, and visually engaging digital products across various platforms, including Web3, dApps, websites, dashboards, admin panels, and mobile applications. This role demands a strong visual design skill set, combined with a practical understanding of user experience principles and product flows. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into seamless user experiences. The ability to create responsive, scalable, and reusable design components is essential, ensuring consistency across multiple devices and platforms. The candidate should be comfortable working remotely and possess excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a strong proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of UI and UX design principles. Experience with wireframing, interactive prototyping, and creating comprehensive user journeys is mandatory. A good grasp of responsive web and mobile design, along with familiarity with Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Design Systems, is essential.



The candidate should demonstrate a keen eye for typography, grids, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy, ensuring clarity and aesthetic appeal in all designs. Knowledge of user journeys, information architecture, and simplifying complex data-heavy interfaces is highly valued. Understanding developer handoff processes and frontend design constraints will be advantageous. Prior experience designing Web3 products is strongly preferred, including familiarity with workflows such as wallet connection, token swaps, DeFi platforms, governance, and transaction flows. A portfolio showcasing complete user journeys, product flows, and experience with dApps, dashboards, or fintech applications is required.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience. Specific responsibilities include creating wireframes, user journeys, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma. The designer will develop responsive interfaces suitable for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, emphasizing usability and visual appeal. They will create and maintain reusable components and comprehensive design systems to streamline development and ensure consistency across products. The role involves designing dashboards, admin panels, onboarding flows, forms, authentication processes, and data-heavy interfaces, translating complex business requirements into intuitive designs. The designer must identify potential UX issues and propose practical, user-centric solutions. Collaboration is key,



and the candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Preparing detailed specifications and structured Figma files for developer handoff is part of the role. Additionally, they will review developed interfaces against approved designs, identifying and resolving inconsistencies to maintain high-quality standards.
