Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data warehouses using Google BigQuery.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models.
- Build scalable data pipelines using GCP services.
- Handle data ingestion, transformation, cleansing, and validation.
- Optimize BigQuery performance and cost.
- Build ETL/ELT workflows and automate data processes.
- Integrate data from cloud and on-premise sources.
- Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business teams.
- Support reporting tools like Looker and Tableau.
Preferred candidate profile
- Data Engineering/BigQuery experience.
- Solid SQL and BigQuery skills.
- Experience with data modeling (Star/Snowflake).
- Proficiency in Python/SQL scripting.
- Spark/PySpark experience is a plus.
